Antal van der Laken
Legal counselAntal graduated in 1991 from the University of Utrecht and started his career as a lawyer and prosecutor at Baker & McKenzie in Amsterdam. Since 1992 he has specialised in customer-oriented company law and built up extensive expertise in acquisitions, private equity transactions, financing, corporate restructuring and general corporate law. Antal has worked independently since 2000, and together with Jos Houben and Chris van Ouwerkerk, he has been involved in a large number of investments, carve-outs and ‘buy and build’ transactions in the private-public sector.
