A clear investment strategy
Holland Venture focuses on entrepreneurs and companies in the Benelux operating in markets where development and growth occurs. Companies that excel in strong management, respond successfully to social developments, maintain a distinctive market position or have growth potential attract Holland Venture’s attention as investment partners.
The companies Holland Venture invests in are established, profitable companies with a turnover between €5 and €100 million. Holland Venture generally invests between €3 and €13 million of equity capital per transaction. Taking into account debt financing, the transaction volume could run up to €50 million in total. Holland Venture is able to invest in the form of growth capital, management buy-out, owners buy-out and management buy-in transactions.
Holland Venture does not invest in start-ups and companies in declining markets.
