Holland Venture has been involved in the private equity market since 1981. To date Holland Venture has invested a total of €150 million in capital from four different funds. These funds have enabled us to realise more than 110 investments, of which 90% was invested in Dutch companies. We have consistently managed to achieve attractive returns for our shareholders.
Holland Venture’s current fund has a size of €70 million. Natixis Private Equity (NPE) is the sponsor of this fund. The leader in France in private equity devoted to SMEs, Natixis Private Equity is also a leading player in Europe with a rising profile in the high potential markets of Asia, South America and India.
NPE is active in all areas of Private Equity – Venture, Expansion, Transmission and Funds of funds – with 18 teams, 194 professionals, 695 equity investments and more than €4 billion dedicated to the growth of SMEs. Via NPE, Holland Venture has access to a large international network of private equity funds and their holdings (currently around 600). Besides NPE, the current fund has a number of other investors, among which the partners of Holland Venture.
